Dianne M. Schwartz is a member of the firm and brings more than twenty years of trial experience to her practice. Since beginning her practice, her work has focused on general civil litigation, with particular emphasis on automobile liability, uninsured motorist claims, products liability, premises liability, first‑party coverage disputes, and professional liability matters.

Ms. Schwartz began her litigation career in Fort Myers, Florida, where she practiced for seven years before returning to her hometown of Nashville, Tennessee. Throughout her career, she has secured favorable results for her clients through defense jury verdicts, directed verdicts, summary judgments, as well as through mediation and arbitration.

In addition to Tennessee and Florida, Ms. Schwartz is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Tennessee and the United States Supreme Court.

A graduate of St. Cecilia Academy, Ms. Schwartz earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University, graduating cum laude. She received her Juris Doctor summa cum laude from Nova University, where she served on the Nova Law Review. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys spending time with her dog, walking, and biking.
