Beth serves as Legal Operations Coordinator at Meisner Santiago, bringing a diverse background in business operations, technology, project management, and process improvement to the firm. Throughout her career, she has worked at startups, privately owned businesses, as well as large corporations and non-profits. She has always had a role in the intersection of people, technology, and operations. She is particularly skilled at learning complex systems, solving problems, and translating technology and processes into practical solutions.

When she’s not at work, Beth is passionate about investing in the lives of young people and encouraging them to build strong character and deepen their faith. She enjoys spending time with her husband of 20 years, Steve, and their sons, Evan and Gavin. She loves hosting family and friends around the pool, attending Gateway Church in Franklin, trying with all her might to grow a green thumb and planning as many ski trips as her husband will allow her to.
