Theresa Giles is a skilled and dedicated paralegal professional with over 20 years of experience in the legal field. As Managing Paralegal at Meisner Santiago, she provides comprehensive litigation support in complex defense matters, including insurance defense, personal injury, construction defect, and business law litigation. Theresa is recognized for her extensive experience in case management, discovery coordination, medical record analysis, trial preparation, and client relations.

A Nashville native, Theresa began her professional career in healthcare after earning her Associate Degree in Nursing. She worked as a pediatric emergency room and critical care nurse before transitioning into the legal profession. She became a NALA Certified Paralegal in 2010 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a concentration in Legal Studies from Austin Peay State University in 2011. She has since obtained and maintains Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP) credentials through NALA in the areas of Accident Liability, Trial Practice, and Contract Administration.

A dedicated advocate for the paralegal profession, Theresa has also served as an Adjunct Paralegal Instructor, where she mentored emerging legal professionals and contributed to the development of future paralegals through instruction, curriculum support, and professional guidance.

Outside the office, Theresa is an avid sports and motorsports enthusiast. She enjoys attending NASCAR and NHRA racing events with her boyfriend, who is an active racer. She also loves traveling, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and spending quality time with her two adult daughters, with whom she shares a close relationship. At home, her beloved dog, Rocky, holds a special place in her heart and is often the center of attention.
