Dianne M. Schwartz is a member of the firm with extensive litigation and trial experience. Her practice focuses on defending clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including automobile liability, uninsured motorist claims, products liability, premises liability, first-party insurance coverage disputes, and professional liability claims.

A Nashville native, Ms. Schwartz attended St. Cecilia Academy before earning her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Vanderbilt University. She then attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, graduating summa cum laude and serving as a member of the Nova Law Review. Following law school, she began her legal career in nearby Fort Myers, where she practiced for seven years before returning home to Nashville.

Throughout her career, Ms. Schwartz has successfully represented clients through all stages of litigation, achieving favorable outcomes through defense jury verdicts, directed verdicts, summary judgments, mediation, and arbitration. Her experience spans a variety of complex civil matters, with particular emphasis on automobile liability, uninsured motorist claims, products liability, premises liability, first-party coverage disputes, and professional liability defense.

Ms. Schwartz is admitted to practice in Tennessee and Florida, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Tennessee and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Outside the office, Ms. Schwartz enjoys spending time with her dog and maintaining an active lifestyle through walking and biking.
