Glen L. Krause is a member of the firm with more than 30 years of trial experience. His practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, construction law, errors and omissions, insurance defense, and uninsured motorist claims. Since beginning his legal career in 1987, Mr. Krause has successfully handled and tried numerous jury and non-jury matters in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Krause began practicing law as an Assistant Attorney General with the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office in 1988. Throughout his career, he has represented individuals, businesses, and organizations in a wide range of complex litigation matters. His experience includes achieving successful outcomes through jury verdicts, directed verdicts, summary judgments, mediation, and arbitration.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Krause provides legal services related to international child adoptions, assisting families who have completed adoptions abroad with the legal steps necessary to finalize their adoptions in the United States.

Mr. Krause earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 1983 and his law degree from Cumberland School of Law in 1987. He was admitted to practice law in Tennessee in 1987 and Alabama in 1989. He is licensed to practice in all Tennessee state courts and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Tennessee, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is also licensed to practice in all Alabama state and federal courts.

Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Mr. Krause has made Tennessee his home for many years. He is a member of Jenkins Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Nolensville, Tennessee, and resides in Franklin with his wife of more than 30 years, Mary. They are the proud parents of a daughter they adopted from Russia, who is a structural engineer and is now married.
