Kyle Leon is an associate attorney at Meisner Santiago, PLLC. He focuses his practice on defending businesses and insureds in civil litigation, including matters involving automobile liability, premises liability, general liability, commercial claims, and landlord-tenant. Mr. Leon grew up in the Middle Tennessee area and spent his educational and professional career in the region.

Mr. Leon earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in music business, magna cum laude, from Belmont University in 2021. While attending Belmont, he was involved in the Belmont Pre-Law Society, Belmont Bridge Builders Society, CMA EDU, and GrammyU. He also volunteered with Belmont during the 2020 Presidential Debate.

Mr. Leon continued his education at Belmont University College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 2025. During law school, he was named on the Dean’s List, received the Bruin Scholarship, served as a Belmont Law Peer Mentor, and participated in the American Inns of Court and Belmont Legal Aid Society.

While in law school, Mr. Leon gained experience in both public service and private practice. He served as a law clerk in the Real Property and Transportation Division of the Tennessee Attorney General and Reporter, where he worked on eminent domain and condemnation matters. He also interned with the Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands, assisting with family and housing matters.

Mr. Leon also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dee David Gay of the Sumner County Criminal Court, where he researched sentencing and constitutional law issues, drafted jury instructions, reviewed briefs, and observed trials and oral arguments. He also worked with the Law Office of Kylene Ross, gaining experience in family law, criminal law, probate, and appellate matters.

Outside of the office, Mr. Leon enjoys playing the piano, which he studied for fifteen years, and is an avid Harry Potter fan. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants in Nashville, attending musical theater performances, and watching Marvel movies.
